Fido Fixit is an app to help facilities departments keep track of repair requests. It allows for two levels of locations and one level of problem types.
It also allows for cost calculations with a field for the cost associated with the repair. By running reports, you can then view how much you have spent on certain types of repairs or run reports using date ranges or locations.
Fido Fixit includes all of the same notification options as Hounddog Helpdesk. It notifies the user when the status of a ticket has changed and also notifies the technician that a ticket has been assigned to him.
